Our Home Tours, indeed, the 7th Street Historical District, would not be possible without the dedication of Kathy Jordan Kathy died unexpectedly in 2013, and her loss was felt deeply by our community. She was, indeed, the heart of our neighborhood.

A self-guided tour through 120 years of Grand Junction history!
6 Historic Homes, 2 Historic Churches
Homeowners available to answer questions and
explain renovation and restoration!
Each home and church that are open for the tour has balloons displayed in front for easy identification. We ask that you respect the home owners who are not on the tour - please do not knock on their doors. The homes are not handicap-accessible, but we will do what we can to accommodate needs. Bathrooms are NOT available at any location. Food and drink are not allowed, including bottled water. We reserve the right to deny tickets sales to anyone at our discretion. Thank you and we hope you enjoy the tour as much as we enjoy sharing our history.
